Shipping Information
We carefully package each plant using specialized materials to ensure your botanical treasures arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping options include:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your plants are on their way to their new home.
Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Please check with our customer service if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
While we take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive thriving, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as our premium hydrangeas and magnolia trees are beautiful.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To qualify:
- Plants must be alive and healthy (in original condition)
- Original packaging must be intact
- A copy of your order confirmation must accompany the return
Non-Returnable Items: Due to their delicate nature, cut flowers and seasonal plants marked as “final sale” cannot be returned. Live plants showing signs of improper care after delivery may not qualify for return.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order details and reason for return (you may use our template below)
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your return securely with all original packing materials
- Ship your return to our nursery address (provided in your instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you about:
- Confirmation of receipt
- Approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
To exchange an item (perhaps swapping azaleas for camellias):
- Follow the same process as a return
- Specify the desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll calculate any price difference and process accordingly
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your eucalyptus trees or other plants arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange replacement or refund without requiring return.
